长期被隔离在曼哈顿下东区的一所公寓内，安古洛兄弟只通过看电影来了解外面的世界。他们给自己取了绰号“狼群”，兄弟四人会角色扮演他们喜爱的电影来消磨时光。道具和服装都是他们自己手工精心制作的。他们的世界因为兄弟其中一人的逃脱而被打破，一切都变了。Plot Summary:Locked away from society in an apartment on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, the Angulo brothers learn about the outside world through the films that they watch. Nicknamed, 'The Wolfpack,' the brothers spend their childhood reenacting their favorite films using elaborate homemade props and costumes. Their world is shaken up when one of the brothers decides to revisit the outside world and everything changes.

惊呆了这样的成长方式，不过不得不承认美国真的是有很多家庭都是这样教育孩子的，这样出来的孩子真的会有很多的心理问题需要解决，这大概也是美国为啥有那么多变态杀人犯的原因吧
讲得不清不楚，“电影迷”明明是重点，却被用成了一个小噱头。
这些人好像现在的我，没事就追剧看电影，我从小到大看了其实绝对不止5000部了（很多看过，不记得名字了）。除了那些恐怖片（不喜欢神神鬼鬼的电影），他们看的我都基本看过了！

以这种不加入导演的观点、纯客观记录这个家庭的生活的手法拍摄纪录片，我很赞赏。在看到片尾当他们终于来到了母亲（可能也包括父亲）预想的田园时，心里不知道是什么滋味。
