开篇简直是神来之笔，红色的墙壁做背景，女主角靠在墙上，男主角将萨克斯深入他的胯下，吹奏乐器，镜头在女主角的面孔和萨克斯之间来回切换，身体随着音乐的节拍颤抖，喘息声和音乐声融为一体，最后达到大和谐。犹如电影之神降临。之后的剧情略显俗套，sm式的复仇令人耳目一新
女主男友的死是他自找的，女主最后想通了男友并非真正爱自己，放弃了杀害医生的念头，医生的性能力最后也稍微有点改善…… 吹萨克风的帅哥真是很够杀伤力，但在与女主的感情中只知道一味地索取，不想承担责任，典型的渣男；不懂女主何时又是为什么爱上医生的，感觉莫名其妙，医生长得也挺帅但是年纪太大了，估计都能当她爹。
