Arnie immediately falls in love with the car. The car was given the name Christine by it's first owner. He brings the car to a repair shop of the despicable Will Darnell and works hard to restore the classic car. While he works in the restoration, he changes his personality to a cocky teenager and he dates the most beautiful girl in the high-school, Leigh Cabot. Soon Arnie becomes selfish and jealous of the supernatural Christine that kills everyone that is a threat to them.

卡朋特的b级片可能会粗糙，但绝不会粗制滥造；经费有限，但是看得出每一个镜头都是精心设计的。比起原著，这样的改编也比较适合110分钟的电影的容量。演厄尼的演员很棒。
蓝光版重看。立足点甚好，物件与角色的病态共鸣是叙事最为关键的一环，对于这部分的处理我认为可以做的更好。

卡朋特＋史蒂芬·金，又酷又猛的80s惊悚神作。故事完美，节奏抓人，配乐鬼魅。男主演技爆表，高潮戏车内的那个眼神直接把我吓破胆，克丽斯汀的每一次亮灯都令人肾上腺素飙升。
